В практике финансовой отчетности, оценки бизнеса — событие, произошедшее после даты отчета или даты оценки, не имеющее отношения к условиям, которые существовали на отчетную дату или дату оценки. Когда некорректирующее событие существенно, так что может повлиять на оценку ситуации в рассматриваемой компании пользователями отчетности, эти события принято указывать дополнительно, хотя и не корректируя самой отчетности.
